Our World Support Assurance Program is part of our commitment to customers operating around the world as well as around the clock.

Our Customer Support Group coordinates emergency calls. If you call for emergency assistance after hours, we will ask you whether the call is for electrical service, mechanical service, replacement parts or dies/knives. We will then have the appropriate person contact you to address your concern directly. Orders or technical support will be dispatched from either our Schiller Park facility, near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, or WPM Europe Limited in Leicester, England.
