Rotary Die Cylinder

WPM’s exclusive Honeycomb rotary die cylinder is an integral part of every WPM Rotary Die Cutter and Rotary Cutter we build. Together with WPM’s exclusive TruCut™ molded dies provides a cutting system so unique it’s the most widely used die cutting system in the world. The WPM Honeycomb rotary die cylinder can be manufactured to fit into existing die cutting modules to allow the use of the WPM TruCut™ molded die tooling.

This provides the user with a unique "systems" approach to die cutting.

WPM Rotary Die Cylinders are manufactured using solid steel forgings and are undercut for WPM TruCut™ dies of .375" thickness; the body of rotary die cylinder has closely spaced honeycomb pattern of tapped holes for securing of WPM dies in register position with screw-type die hold-down clamps.
