About Our Modular Die Cutting for Non-Wovens
WPM has been one of the leading manufacturers of Modular Die Cutters to the Non-Wovens industry for three decades providing a full range of precision built MicroTouch™ Rotary Die Cutters and our exclusive TruCut™ rotary dies as a matched system. Our modular units can be designed as a stand alone component or as an integral part of an existing die cutting application. As a stand alone unit, WPM can provide a base unit which can be independently driven and can include driven draw roll or nip wheels and waste stripping. Module changes are fast and easy and can be tooled up off line to improve make-ready time. As an integral part of an existing die cutting operation, we’re basically the piece in the middle… manufacturing the module to fit in an existing application. And because WPM supplies both the machinery and precision built TruCut™ dies, you can count on the systems accuracy, dependability and reliability delivering results to your converting application.
