About Our VariCutter Die Cutting Systems
WPM’s VariCutter™ Die Cutting Systems are designed to use multiple tooling in the same module and incorporate exclusive features such as variable repeat drives and variable web compensators to control the non-cut area of the tooling. Combined with WPM’s exclusive TruCut™ molded knife and die tooling or magnetic RP tooling, the VariCutter™ system is a cost efficient way to improve productivity. The distinct advantage of the modular design combined with the use of WPM’s exclusive TruCut™ dies or magnetic RP die plates provides capability of programmable variable repeat without ever changing cylinders or modules.
