WPM custom designed Cover Systems provide the publication printer the opportunity to add value while eliminating the higher costs of finishing covers before the bindery process. The addition of a WPM Cover System delivers flats, stacked 2 and 4 pagers, 8’s and double gate covers… press finished, ready to go to bindery. Because it’s from WPM, the system starts with the best built high speed rotary cutter in the business. WPM’s Revolution Rotary Cutter, designed with our exclusive DDR technology and combined with the latest Cutting development; QuickLock provides ultra fast knife changes for extremely fast product changeover. And all of our finishing components can be built with WPM’s exclusive Integrated Servo Design drive and control system providing unmatched tension control of the Angle Bars and Plow Towers. A WPM Cover System can be easily expanded to a complete inline finishing system with the addition of our exclusive “Flex” components, portable gluing, scoring, die cutting and slitting.
