About Our QuickLock Knife System
The QuickLock™ Knife System is yet another option available to users of WPM and other Rotary Cutters. Designed for standard finish sizes, the WPM QuickLock™ Knife System provides rapid change of knife positions and/or spacers requiring NO additional make-ready. Job changes can be done in minutes simply by replacing knife positions using the QuickLock™ (patent pending) cam locking device. The QuickLock™ saddle system can be supplied for 1, 2, 3 and 4 out production and uses the proven chip, chop and limited contour shape knife blocks.
