Our die cutting units are engineered to provide WPM clients with precise impression adjustment, faster make-ready, measurable material savings, cleaner cutting, reliable scrap removal, higher web speed compatibility, more precise web control and registration and unmatched die life. We can build standard repeat rotary die cutters with widths to 80” and cut various substrates in either fixed cylinder units or the exclusive “SplitCap” die cylinder module allowing for the use of magnetic plate dies as well.
And because we’re one of the best die makers in the business we understand the meaning of service and support. Our Cutting Technology Division manufacturers and delivers dies faster than anyone in the industry, typically three to four days or less! Our highly skilled die makers produce over 1000 dies a month and support more than 500 units worldwide!
