WPM two stage delivery systems are designed to be positioned at the exit side of a WPM rotary die cutter or rotary cutter and deliver either nested or non-nested shingled products from the cutting units. All of our delivery systems come complete with variable entrance height adjustment, adjustable knock down wheels, independently adjustable conveyor speed ratio and push button high speed clearing.
Our delivery systems are engineered to be integrated to the specific cutting module and are built with heavy steel side frames and cross supports to stand up to the rigors of 24 hour production. WPM’s experience with high speed production, manufacturing delivery systems that consistently produce at web speeds in excess of 1800 FPM provide unmatched quality and reliability and offer knowledgeable, professional product training and operational support.
