Servo Rotary Die Cutter

WPM's innovation continues with our latest addition to our line of Premier Rotary Die Cutters!

The DieRect Rotary Die Cutter is a state of the art servo driven die cutter designed to perforate and die cut various patterns over a 10" area for material widths up to 18"

The die cutter is capable of producing this for a variable repeat ranges from 36" to 92" at speeds up to 600 fpm.  The repeat range can be changed "on the run".

The die cylinder is designed for use with our exclusive Tru-Cut® Dies; manufactured by WPM to exacting standards. 

The die gap is automated through WPM's MicroTouch™ "on the run" adjustment system.

This small portable machine is self contained making it "plug and play" for easy insertion into a line.
