The WPM FlexGluer is part of the highly successful series of exclusive Flex components delivering a full featured, completely portable modular gluer. It is designed to be mounted at the infeed side of any WPM plow tower or prefolder for application of glue, fragrance or scratch-off material to produce such products as micro-encapsulated fragrance bursts, “scratch-and-win” promotions, lottery ticket production or direct mail response envelopes. WPM’s exclusive design allows the unit to be perfectly matched to the specific application so the finishing system always matches the job requirements.
The FlexGluer offers a completely modular plate cylinder assembly for quick changeover to suit various repeat lengths (cutoff), from 17” up to 28”. As an option, the FlexGluer can be equipped with two separate glue modules in the same frame for application of different materials.
