WPM is one of the leading manufacturers of Modular Die Cutters providing the ability to change product lengths with just a module change. Our modular units can be designed as a stand alone component or as an integral part of an existing die cutting application. As a stand alone unit, WPM can provide a base unit which can be independently driven and can include driven draw roll or nip wheels and waste stripping. Module changes are fast and easy and can be tooled up off line to improve make-ready time. As an integral part of an existing die cutting operation, we’re basically the piece in the middle… manufacturing the module to fit in an existing application.
WPM can design and manufacture modules to fit most existing die cutting applications or can provide the entire die cutting system. Modular units can be driven independently or designed to match our customers existing base drive system.
WPM Modular Die Cutters combined with precision built TruCut™ dies are commonly used in the corrugated market for the production of pizza boxes, light bulb carriers and many common commercial products as well as the nonwovens market for the production of disposable diapers, femcare products and medical disposables.
