WPM STS (Steel-to-Steel) Perforators use the same precise TruCut™ die technology offered on our Rotary Die Cutters to gain the advantage of crisp clean steel on steel precision perforations with die cutter accuracy. Built on the same design platform as our exclusive MicroTouch Die Cutters, gives our clients the ability to perf steel-to-steel so the back side of the web leaves no torn fibers, bumps or dimpling. Accuracy of control of the perf die to +/-.0001” provides long run lengths from a set of TruCut™ Perf Dies. STS Perforators can be integrated to match existing drive capabilities or can be engineered to include WPM’s servo technology for variable repeat or recipe perf lengths through simple menu driven operators’ control.
