WPM’s exclusive “Split Cap” rotary die cutter is built using the same profile as our standard fixed cylinder units however offer interchangeable die cylinder modules for either the WPM honeycomb or magnetic die cylinders. This design provides our clients with the option to use WPM TruCut® molded dies or commercial magnetic shallow relief die plates offering the best method for both long and short run production. Fast changeover of the die module (or cap) provides customers a full range of products on single webs or multiple ribbons.
