Western Printing Machinery Company (“WPM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.wpm.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through the Site, how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to information we collect offline, by telephone, or in the course of a commercial relationship with a customer or supplier.
The Site is informational. It does not permit the ordering or purchase of products, and we do not collect payment card or financial account information through the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. The Site includes a contact form. When you submit that form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, your company, your email address, your telephone number, and the contents of your message, including any technical or project information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, including your internet protocol address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
Children. The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiry, to prepare and send quotations and other information you request, to communicate with you about our products and services, to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, to understand how the Site is used, to comply with applicable law, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions of Use, any information you submit through the contact form or otherwise send to us through the Site, including any inquiry, specification, drawing, dimension, tolerance, sample description, requirement, idea, or suggestion, is submitted on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis, unless you and WPM have entered into a written confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement covering that information. If you wish to disclose confidential technical information to WPM, then please contact us so that a nondisclosure agreement can be put in place before you do so.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, information technology support, and analytics, and those providers are permitted to use the information only to perform those functions. We may also share information with our affiliates, with our professional advisors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, and where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect our rights, our property, or the safety of others.
5. Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to “do not track” signals sent by web browsers, because no uniform standard for responding to those signals has been adopted.
6. Retention

in Section 11. If you receive commercial email from us, then you may unsubscribe using the link in the message. We will not deny you goods or services, or otherwise treat you differently, because you exercised a right described in this Section. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
10. Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, then any information you provide will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.

We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. A revised Privacy Policy is effective when posted on the Site, and we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a revised Privacy Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of it.
